In principle, it covers Cambridgeshire, Yorkshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Bedfordshire, Lincolnshire, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, West Midlands, Huntingdonshire and Rutland. A solution is to have the equipment continuously monitored remotely by specialist software which alerts the operator to poor performance.
